Orlando Airlines

If your group is traveling to Orlando via air, two major airports are ready to serve you: Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 20 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center, and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), which is approximately 45 minutes north of our convention district. No matter which your group chooses, you’re sure to arrive in style.

Ranked as one of the top U.S. mega airports for overall customer satisfaction by J.D. Power & Associates, Orlando International Airport offers a wide range of flight options from just about everywhere, making travel to and from Orlando easy. (However, please note that some airlines and routes may be unavailable depending on the time of your visit.) MCO’s airfares are also among the lowest of the 50 largest U.S. airports. What’s more, an ongoing capital improvement program is paving the way to process more passengers with new terminals, parking and kiosks, plus expanded ticket counters.

To help safeguard you and your attendees, Orlando International Airport has developed an enhanced cleaning schedule and implemented updated security procedures from the TSA. They also require that all 22,000 badged airport employees wear facial coverings inside public areas and maintain social distancing, as directed by the CDC, wherever practicable. They even have personal protective equipment (PPE) vending machines that gives your group immediate access to face masks, hand sanitizers and similar equipment.

Through it all, MCO and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority have worked closely with federal and local partners on COVID-19-related developments while implementing changes to maintain a safe travel environment for you and your attendees. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is also partnering with government officials and the CDC to help ensure safety, with Orlando emerging as one of the country’s safest meeting destinations. Bon voyage!
