Anchored by several restaurants including Sports & Social, a PBR Cowboy Bar, Shark Bar, the Houndsmen Lounge and Palm Tree Club, the area also includes Live! Plaza, a 37,000-sq.-ft. space for special events available for buyouts.

Also servicing the area is Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) located just outside of Orlando. For travelers who prefer rail travel, Amtrak provides service via its station in downtown Orlando, and the commuter rail service, SunRail, connects key cities along our main corridor.
